3 séquences d'1h de danse

Un après midi fait de trois sessions de danse d'un peu plus d'1h, avec (ou sans) intension(s), rythmées par quelques moments d'échange sur ce qui nous a nourri, mené, traversé, rencontré.

Pratique du partage : 

L'occasion y est donnée à chacun.e, quelle que soit son expérience en contact improvisation, de venir danser, expérimenter en commun, les questions, les désirs, les problématiques du moment, dans la danse et dans un temps de parole.
Ce n'est donc ni un cours ni une jam mais une pratique, sérieuse et ludique de danse contact improvisation.

Précisions sur le programme de l'après midi :

1ere session : présentation Grand partage - énonciation de sa proposition (ou pas!) pour soi-même, mais que le groupe entend - 1h environ de danse - retour verbal sur celle-ci.
2e session : Proposition perso silencieuse (non énoncée), qui a pu changer, évoluer ou non - 1h environ de danse - retour verbal sur celle-ci
3e session : proposition énoncée (avec formation éventuelle de groupes ou non) - 1h environ de danse. On finit par un retour général.

3 one-hour dance sessions

An afternoon made up of three dance sessions, each a bit over an hour long, with (or without) intention(s), punctuated by moments of sharing about what nourished us, moved us, crossed us, or what we encountered.

Sharing Practice:

This is an opportunity for everyone — regardless of their experience with contact improvisation — to come and dance, and to collectively explore current questions, desires, and challenges through movement and discussion.

This is not a class and not a jam, but rather a playful and committed practice of contact improvisation dance.

Details of the afternoon schedule:

1st session:
Introduction to "Grand Partage" – participants may state (or not) an intention for themselves, which is heard by the group – approx. 1 hour of dancing – followed by verbal sharing.
2nd session:
A silent personal intention (not spoken aloud), which may evolve or not – approx. 1 hour of dancing – followed by verbal sharing.
3rd session:
Spoken intention (with possible formation of groups or not) – approx. 1 hour of dancing – we close with a group reflection.
